Cancellations are to be made 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment in order for the deposit to be transferable to a different date. If already rescheduled once, then a new deposit will be required. Cancellations and rescheduling with less than a 24 hour notice will result in paying 50% of the service, and will require a new deposit or no future booking. No shows will result in being unable to book in the future and will not receive deposit back. Deposits are non refundable. Late policy: 10 minutes or later will result in a cancellation. For safety reasons, please do not bring any additional guest to your appointment including children. No foreign fills. Any set after 3 weeks is considered a full set. Please come to appointment with no eye makeup or contact lenses. Some appointments may require you to lay for 3+ hours with eyes shut. Appointments will not be rushed. Please book accordingly. If you are unable to make the appointment, please kindly notify me at 832-350-1827 as soon as possible to reschedule.
