Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations or rescheduling with less than 24 hours' notice will result in a 50% service charge and will require a new deposit. No-shows will not be permitted to book future appointments. All deposits are non-refundable, under any circumstances. For safety and liability reasons, no guests or children are allowed. No foreign fills will be accepted. Any fill after 3 weeks or less than 40% retention will be considered a full set. Please arrive without eye makeup or contact lenses. Please do not book if you have eye infections, recent eye surgery, active styes, severe irritation, or sensitivity to cyanoacrylate (lash adhesive ingredient). If you are unable to attend your appointment, kindly notify me as soon as possible at 832-350-1827 to reschedule.
